We are a family owned and operated general contracting and excavation company with 30+ years of experience serving Monroe, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Arlington, Duvall, Camano Island and nearby Snohomish County, WA towns. We take pride in producing quality work and treat our customers with the utmost respect and care.
Our construction team grew up in Snohomish County and reside here to this day! We enjoy being able to provide excellent service within our community and pride ourselves in being a local general contractor you can trust.

Matt McAuliffe grew up in Arlington, Lake Stevens, Granite Falls and Snohomish. He now resides in Monroe, WA with his wife and children and enjoys being a part of the growing community there. Mike McAuliffe lives in Arlington and loves all the hiking WA and the Pacific Northwest have to offer. He is an active member of his church in Lake Stevens and is passionate about serving there.
Matt is co-owner of McAuliffe Construction & Excavation and has 10+ years of experience working in the construction, excavation, and home remodeling industries. He enjoys coming up with creative solutions for his clients. Matt resides with his family in Monroe, WA.
Mike is co-owner of McAuliffe Construction & Excavation and has 30+ years of experience in the general contracting and landscaping industries. He is passionate about building long term relationships with his clients. Mike resides in Arlington, WA with his wife.

How far out are you booked?
How booked we are depends on the season and influx of general contracting work, however, we try to allow enough flexibility in our schedule to be able to take on new jobs without much wait time. Contact us to find out when we can start your remodel, construction, or excavation project!

McAuliffe Construction and Excavation is a licensed contractor who offers a wide variety of services. Among those are covered deck, patio, and outdoor entertainment area building. Bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels and residential addition are home renovation services we offer. Additionally, we build shops, carports, pole buildings and ADUs in the Snohomish Washington general area. Our excavation services include, but are not limited to, earthwork, hardscapes, water main lines, drainage and irrigation, retaining walls and brush cutting.
