WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR CONSTRUCTION OR EXCAVATION ESTIMATE
Once we receive your call or form submission we will schedule a time to come to your home or property to meet with you and discuss your construction or excavation project. During this time we will listen to your wants and needs, offer ideas, and ask clarifying questions so we are both on the same page as to the work you would like done. We will then write up a customized estimate detailing pricing and proposed work and email it to you. If you have any questions regarding your estimate we are happy to answer those or make necessary edits. Once you choose to go ahead with your general contracting project we require 50% payment down to secure your spot on our schedule.

How much do you charge for your services?
Construction and excavation jobs vary massively in size and complexity. We offer many different services varying from building shops, garages, custom homes, retaining walls, decks and patio covers to irrigation and drainage, along with home remodeling. Naturally these services cost varying amounts. We listen to you and create a tailored plan to provide long-lasting solutions for your needs. How far out are your construction services booked?
How booked we are depends on the season and influx of general contracting work, however, we try to allow enough flexibility in our schedule to be able to take on new jobs without much wait time. Contact us to find out when we can start your remodel, construction, or excavation project!

McAuliffe Construction and Excavation is a licensed contractor and home builder who offers a wide variety of services. Among those are covered deck, patio, and outdoor entertainment area building. Bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels and residential addition are home renovation services we offer. Additionally, we build shops, carports, pole buildings and ADUs in the Snohomish Washington general area. Our excavation services include, but are not limited to, earthwork, hardscapes, water main lines, drainage and irrigation, retaining walls and brush cutting.
What cities in Washington do you provide excavation and construction services in?
We serve the greater Snohomish County, WA area including Monroe, Lake Stevens, Arlington, Granite Falls, Snohomish, Clearview, Mill Creek and more. We also service Duvall and Camano Island, WA. Do you build garages, shops, pole buildings or ADU’s?
Yes we do! If you need more space and are looking to have an ADU (additional dwelling unit), garage, shop, post frame, pole building, or pole barn built give us a call! We would be happy to discuss your vision and walk you through a plan for how to turn that vision into a reality. We work with engineers and city permitting departments to ensure all the necessary steps are taken with these types of projects.
